King's Gambling Board is a secret organization part of the SIS (formerly MI6) in London. It was set up in 1938 during the reign of King George VI, who was himself was a keen gambler. The KGB trains SIS agents to become experts in all forms of gambling, especially hard to understand games of French casinos where money can be won or lost by a single card. This is almost essential for British spies, allowing them to earn a little money on the side, which prevents them from turning to rival organizations such as the Russian secret service.

Moo is the head of the organization, though she retired after joining the Shamba-La.
