Father Polzl is a Peruvian priest that greets Nimrod, the twins, and Mr. Vodyannoy into the country when they visit Peru. Several years ago, during the Peruvian earthquake, Mr. Vodyannoy helped the people recover, which is how they met. During the events of The Eye of the Forest, he gives them the inscription to Pizarro's head, verified by forensic scientists.
